Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
To initiate a return, email hello@baselinestandard.com with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Baseline Standard is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been written in, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@baselinestandard.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
