Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays process on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping — United States
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping is available at checkout. Express orders are fulfilled within 36 hours.
International Shipping
International shipping is available at checkout. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total and are assessed upon delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email when your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to activate after receiving your confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact hello@baselinestandard.com with your order number.
For orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Baseline Standard is not liable for orders confirmed delivered by the carrier.

All Baseline Standard products are designed and fulfilled in the United States, manufactured in China.
