We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change at any time — orders placed before a price change are honored at the checkout price. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Baseline Standard is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact hello@baselinestandard.com.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
